    Focused on breaking the cycle of illiteracy and malnutrition, the Midday Meal Program delivers nutritious and hygienic meals prepared in state-of-the-art kitchens to underprivileged children across municipal and government-aided schools. Between April and June 2024, this initiative served an impressive 364,455 meals to 10,413 students from 60 schools in Mumbai. By ensuring students receive vital nourishment, the program has significantly improved attendance rates, reduced sick leaves, and encouraged regular school participation.

Equipped with the latest medical technology, the unit is capable of performing life-saving surgeries within the critical "golden hour" of injury before transferring patients to higher-level medical facilities. This unique facility is the first of its kind in India.

The initiative targets 10 remote villages to create sustainable and resilient communities. Central to the project is a village-centered development model that emphasizes community participation, environmental conservation, and tailored solutions to socio-economic challenges through health camps, promoting education through smart classes, libraries, and nutri-gardens.

    Under our flagship CSR Program Prosper – (A holistic village development Program), we have launched and opened three Skill development and Stitching unit in collaboration with Integrated development Foundation. Main objective of this initiative is to provide sewing skills to the women and girls from deprived section of the society.Currently we have three stitching training centers operating at Magrohar, Dodha and Masuda of districts Jamaui, Nawada and Seikhpura respectively in state Bihar. We have enrollment of 100+ girls and Women from different section of the society. In order to promote livelihood and income enhancement so that they can earn through self- employment and wage employment.

    Under our flagship CSR Program Prosper – (A holistic village development Program), We have identified and developed community cadre called as ‘Sakhi’ in collaboration with Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP). This initiative empowers women to become grassroots leaders who can drive actual, sustainable development in their villages.

    In Nashik's Trimbakeshwar block, ten women, or Sakhis, have been trained to lead development in ten villages. With expertise in renewable energy, sanitation, healthcare, and agriculture, they are shaping their communities' future. Empowering these women ensures access to essential services and long-term change.

    Under our flagship CSR Program Prosper – (A holistic village development Program), we have launched and opened 04 Farmer tool bank unit (Customs Hiring center) in collaboration with integrated development foundation. Main objective of this initiative is to provide low-cost equipment support to the marginal farmers and reduction in cultivation cost. We are operating these centers in Ramsagar, Rewar, afaradih and kyonda of districts Jamaui,Nawada and seikhpura located in state Bihar. These centers are owned and operated by farmer group formulated under the program Prosper.

    Mankind Pharma’s collaboration with the Swades Foundation reflects a shared commitment to addressing critical social challenges in rural Maharashtra. With an investment of over ₹3.12 crore, this partnership has implemented initiatives aimed at advancing health, hygiene, and livelihoods across Raigad and Nashik districts.

    Key achievements include introducing solar-powered irrigation benefiting 39 acres of farmland, enabling sustainable income through high-yield dairy animals, and empowering fishermen with durable iceboxes to enhance their earnings. Beyond livelihoods, essential healthcare services, including mobile medical units and vision care programs, have brought quality medical support to underserved areas. These efforts have not only impacted over 60,000 households but also fostered self-reliance and community well-being.
