1. Team Finalization: A capable team comprising a Project Manager, Accountant, and Field Supervisors was selected through a rigorous hiring process. This team is pivotal for ensuring effective project management and execution.
2. Community Engagement: Gram Panchayat members were engaged in early discussions to build trust and understanding about the project’s benefits. This collaboration resulted in the issuance of essential No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for all 10 villages.
3. Identifying Village Coordinators: Local women with leadership potential were identified and trained as “Sakhis,” village-level coordinators who play a key role in implementing the project at the grassroots level.

• Biogas Units: Vendor finalization for 100 biogas units has been completed, and capacity-building sessions are helping entrepreneurs maintain these units.
